I am missing the heat and food and all the great friends I made while at Emerald Gym.

I hope you guys are missing me!

I had a brilliant time at Emerald Gym, the training was amazing. I would suggest this camp to anyone. The people were all really friendly and I will definately go back soon.

The only thing I would suggest is that you go for longer than three weeks. It just wasn't enough for me. I just started to get used to the heat ...

Sawadii-Khrap!

I lived in Thailand for 6 months last year visiting gyms like Tree Bee, Chay Yai, Isaany gyms and WMC and I wanted to come back to Thailand in March and train again. I have had 5 Thai fights (3 in UK, 2 in Thailand) and am looking to work on my fighting technique and become a better fighter.

I know in Thailand there are a lot of touristy camps, I was wondering whether Emerald is aimed at fighters or tourists? Can you fight for the gym?

Thanks lots!

2) my main goals are to get fit, lose weight and learn the skills, would this camp do the job?

any advice would be great.
