Daily Training
[b]Guys i have 1 question and that is : what do u guys do on a daily base of training? and do u need to run?

Hi Mo,
Usually the training is scheduled this way :
Morning :
-Physical condition (running, endurance, sprints...weights)
-Boxing technics (pads one on one) and elbows.
Afternoon (Thai style):
-Pads work one on one with your trainer
-Heavy bag
-Clinch
-Sparring
-Sit ups and push ups with all the students.
If you need other informations let us know.
